Your satisfaction is at the base of our cleaning services: if you are not happy with how a maid has kept your premises, we will happily change her with someone who can be more targeted to you.
We also assign the same maid to you, so that you know who is working in your home. This will make sure that whoever will step in your property will know what you expect from the services.
The minimum cleaning session is normally three hours. This ensures that the job is well done and avoids long travel time for short sessions. Should you request a shorter time we are happy to discuss this with you.
The Products that Best suits your needs
If you already know which products give the best results in your home or office, we will gladly use them; but if you’d like to use our long experience, we can suggest what in our opinion make every surface shine. We can also buy or replenish them for you, so you don’t have to worry about running out of products ot keep your house clean and healthy.
Cancellation, replacement, cover for holidays and illness
We will provide you with a replacement maid during your regular maid’s holidays or sickness.
If you want to cancel a service session we ask for 24 notice and just two weeks’ notice if you like to cancel our services.
We have a contractual agreement with the maid to ensure that she works for you only under our management.
Insurance and safety
We operate carefully and make sure to deal with your home as it was ours; however, accidents happens from time to time, therefore every maid is fully insured for public liability that covers loss or damages to goods, properties and injuries.
